Leyshon Miller Industries offers quality rapid production tooling services with aluminum, steel and silicon rubber tools. We have in-house engineering and tooling capabilities to produce production parts that meet your specifications. Leyshon Miller Industries rapid tooling has reduced traditional lead times and cost by an established infrastructure that achieves these goals.

We utilize cutting edge technology to make rapid tooling better and even faster. Our high speed machining and other advances have enhanced the process in order to make tools in 1/3 the time of conventional methods. We provide rapid production tooling that helps you save time and money.

We utilize QC-7 Aluminum and P-20 injection molds along with silicon rubber, depending on the project needs. We have the capability of making short runs from 5 to over 50,000 parts since the tools can be made from different materials. Tooling changes can be quickly made with tooling and molding within the same facility.

We have provided hardened steel tooling with more traditional lead times. We manufacture tools to run at our facility and tools that run at injection molders across the US.

Leyshon Miller Industries facility can provide general machine shop task and is especially well suited for small batch sizes.
